Senior Manager, Partnerships & Channels

CodeSignal•Remote (US),

About The Position

CodeSignal is hiring a Senior Manager, Partnerships & Channels to build and scale its partner program across corporate and HR technology markets. This senior individual-contributor role focuses on converting early partner traction into repeatable pipeline and revenue through strategic alliances, reseller relationships, and co-selling. The position owns partner strategy and commercial execution, works closely with Sales on joint opportunities, and collaborates with Product and Engineering on integrations, with particular emphasis on bringing Skills Intelligence to market. The partner program is at an early stage. The successful candidate will establish the structure, processes, and playbooks needed to scale while personally sourcing partners, negotiating agreements, and advancing opportunities. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities, and close collaboration with Sales. The role will shape how CodeSignal builds, enables, and grows partnerships, with ownership of the program and direct impact on pipeline, revenue, and reaching new customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR technology, talent technology, or enterprise software serving HR and talent teams.
  • Proven experience building a partner program from an early stage.
  • Experience personally launching reseller, alliance, and co-sell/cross-sell motions, rather than only managing existing programs.
  • Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong commercial skills, including deal structuring, partner-by-partner negotiation, packaging, and deal hygiene.
  • Technical fluency in integration conversations, including APIs, data flows, and platform integrations, and ability to communicate with partner product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional working style that earns Sales teams’ trust and makes the role a first call for partner deals.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills, including comfort representing CodeSignal externally and speaking on panels.
  • Revenue orientation, treating partnerships as a pipeline and revenue engine rather than mainly as corporate strategy or M&A.

Nice To Haves

  • Significant B2B SaaS partnerships experience, including building an early-stage partner program in HR tech, talent tech, or enterprise software.
  • Experience at a large enterprise software company, ideally paired with experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Established network across the HR tech ecosystem, including ATS, HCM/HRIS, LMS/LXP, assessment providers, skills and talent intelligence, labor-market data, consulting, and services firms.
  • Experience in skills intelligence, talent intelligence, or workforce analytics.
  • Experience with partner tooling such as CRM, PRM/partner portals, or enablement platforms.
  • Track record of speaking at industry conferences or partner events.

Responsibilities

  • Own CodeSignal’s partner strategy end-to-end, including partner types and tiers, playbooks, processes, and scalable systems.
  • Source, negotiate, and launch alliance, reseller, referral, co-sell, and cross-sell partnerships, structuring commercial terms for each partner.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, including through reseller partners that resell CodeSignal and open new markets and segments.
  • Lead the partner strategy for Skills Intelligence by identifying complementary platforms that create competitive solutions.
  • Lead joint account planning and co-selling between partner sales teams and CodeSignal’s Sales team.
  • Run integration-led partnerships with Product and Engineering, including ATS, HCM/HRIS, LMS/LXP, skills, and labor-market data platforms; translate partner needs and help scope integrations.
  • Enable partners to sell confidently through pitch, demo path, messaging, objection handling, and guidance on working with CodeSignal.
  • Coordinate partner execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Security to unblock opportunities.
  • Represent CodeSignal in the HR tech ecosystem at industry events, on panels, and in executive conversations with partners.
  • Track and report partner activation, pipeline, conversion, sourced and influenced ARR, and expansion.
  • Support education and public-sector partnerships as opportunities arise; these are secondary to the corporate focus.
