Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or community related fields required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in DE&I, community engagement, program management, or organizational development, with demonstrated impact at a strategic level.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation across multiple stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or managing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or similar engagement structures preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit settings preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize the ERG ecosystem, including governance structures, leadership expectations, performance metrics, and sustainability planning
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, ERG sponsors, and cross-functional partners on inclusion strategy, employee engagement, and culture transformation
  • Align the planning, execution and evaluation of diversity, equity, inclusion and community engagement programs with organizational strategy and measurable business outcomes
  • Lead the design and facilitation of enterprise-wide trainings, workshops, and engagement sessions, modeling best practices in facilitation and adult learning
  • Drive integration of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies across HR, Communications, and Training functions to embed inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Direct and guide project management efforts across multiple initiatives, ensuring consistency, accountability, and high-quality execution
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, using data and insights to assess impact, inform decisions, and continuously improve programs
  • Oversee stakeholder and community engagement efforts, ensuring diverse perspectives are incorporated into strategy and program design
  • Identify strategic risks, gaps, and opportunities, proactively developing solutions and advising leadership on recommended actions
  • Effectively supervises and manages direct reports and provides, by example and leadership, motivation, engagement and direction to employees of the organization.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable state and federal employment laws.
  • Ensures employee performance evaluation are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
  • Evaluates performance of employees for compliance with established policies and objectives of the organization and contributions in attaining objectives.
  • Helps set the tone of the department to ensure morale, team work, and that the positive employment culture of Access Management Services is maintained.
  • Regularly schedules department and staff 1:1 meetings to provide leadership, development, and a forum for communication to ensure coordination and collaboration in meeting organization, department, and individual goals.
  • Effectively demonstrates mastery of core competencies appropriate for position level within the organization.
