About The Position

The North America Senior Manager Midstream Operations for Biofuels is accountable for North American midstream partnerships within Bayer’s biofuel closed loops. The role secures, contracts, and operates grain aggregation and crush capacity near priority draw areas. It ensures timely execution of partner contracts, accurate rolling supply and demand forecasts, disciplined crop-to-crush planning, on-time grain delivery against contract commitments, and reliable operational execution. The objective is to provide every acre of camelina and winter canola with a clear, traceable, and cost-effective path to the refiner as both programs scale over a five-year framework. The position manages partner agreements and relationships, grain aggregation and crush operations, logistics, operational risks, and performance. It also owns demand planning and S&OP activities, develops partner network and capacity plans, and informs external investment strategy to help prevent bottlenecks as the programs grow.
