As the Senior Manager of Media Strategy for Shopper Campaigns, you’ll lead the team responsible for developing high‑impact media strategies that connect brand partners with our shoppers in meaningful ways. You’ll guide a talented group of strategists, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and influence how critical partners show up across our retail media ecosystem. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that requires strong media expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external partners, translating insights into compelling media strategies that drive performance and strengthen partner relationships. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
