About The Position

InStride Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the systems, data, and automation crucial for connecting families and referring providers with their services. This role acts as a liaison between marketing, sales, payor, and clinical operations teams, ensuring a unified view and enabling swift action. The position involves managing the CRM and associated marketing tools, serving as a bridge between commercial team needs and product/data science/engineering development. A key aspect of this role is leveraging AI for audience building, identifying campaign opportunities, and disseminating actionable insights. The primary focus will be on strengthening the CRM foundation, requiring a strategic thinker capable of setting direction and performing hands-on work within the systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in CRM systems management OR marketing/revenue operations, with hands-on experience rebuilding or significantly restructuring a CRM.
  • Hands-on Zoho CRM experience preferred; deep HubSpot or Salesforce experience with readiness to focus on Zoho will also be considered.
  • Proven experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, and holding direct reports or teams accountable to clear priorities.
  • Track record of supporting a sales team with measurable gains in efficiency and output.
  • Real experience using AI and automation to build functional solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect marketing strategy, system architecture, and data flow.
  • Comfort with funnel and conversion analytics, and familiarity with website lead capture and behavior tracking (forms, GA4, Segment, or similar).
  • Strong collaboration skills, high attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Govern the CRM and connected marketing tools, including data model, automation, permissions, and data quality, ensuring reliable integration with the website, analytics tools, and clinical systems.
  • Set strategy and priorities, and drive execution with partner teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Admissions, Clinical Operations, Data Science, Analytics) that rely on the CRM and other marketing tools.
  • Manage and develop the CRM Administrator, shifting the role's focus from reactive requests to strategic priorities.
  • Define the process for tracking families and providers from initial contact through enrollment, collaborating with data science and analytics on lead scoring, routing, and attribution.
  • Represent commercial and marketing needs in product and engineering planning, ensuring system work aligns with the roadmap and partners understand priorities.
  • Build and maintain marketing and sales audiences, utilizing AI to identify campaign opportunities such as underserved territories, new plan coverage, or application bottlenecks.
  • Design the process for marketing-generated provider interest to reach territory managers, including clear targeting, priorities, and automation of manual steps.
  • Provide the payor team with necessary reporting for negotiations and expansion, including utilization, geographic coverage, and referral volume by plan.
