We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Measurement & Optimization to power performance marketing across the Digital Marketing organization. This role will own the measurement, forecasting, and optimization engine for Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, and Player Lifecycle Marketing (Email, Web), while also delivering always-on reporting for the Social and Influence teams. The goal is to enable the digital marketing ecosystem by surfacing insights, building learning and feedback loops, and driving real-time optimization that ties every dollar of spend to player and business outcomes. This role will partner across marketing, player analytics, data and insights, finance, business, and agency teams to define success metrics, build forecasts, and influence investment decisions. The position will also advance the team’s capability through executive-ready dashboards, AI-powered workflows and automation, and a culture of data-driven decision-making for one of the world’s most recognizable entertainment franchises.
