Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Significant experience in insights, analytics, strategy, consulting, or related functions.
  • Proven ability to transform complex data and research into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with experience supporting portfolio growth, innovation, or category strategy.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for bringing insights to life.
  • Experience in consumer-focused industries, preferably CPG or retail.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic insights partner to the Portfolio Growth Team, guiding growth priorities and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities and risks by integrating consumer, shopper, category, competitive, and market insights.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations that shape portfolio strategy, innovation, and growth plans.
  • Lead the portfolio learning agenda and connect insights across teams to build a cohesive growth narrative.
  • Drive recommendations through execution and measure business impact.
  • Collaborate across marketing, category, finance, and insights teams to embed consumer-led thinking throughout the business.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by providing strategic perspectives that shape key business decisions.
  • Continuously identify new ways to leverage insights, analytics, and market intelligence to accelerate growth and improve business performance.
