Senior Manager, Growth - Growth Strategy and Clinical Operations

K HealthNew York, NY
$125,000 - $155,000Hybrid

About The Position

We are looking for a driven, strategic operator to join K Health as a Senior Manager, Growth, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Growth. If you thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution and are excited by the challenge of scaling health system partnerships that change how primary care is delivered, we want to meet you. This is a high-visibility role at the center of K Health’s growth strategy. You will be embedded with our health system partners from pre-launch, designing the growth plan and go-live approach, through to ongoing performance optimization. This role requires in-office presence in our New York office four days per week, with occasional travel to partner sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or growth roles, with meaningful exposure to health system relationships, clinical operations, or digital health partnerships.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a bias toward execution, as comfortable building a partnership framework as you are project-managing a complex, multi-functional partnership launch.
  • You have a track record of cultivating trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at large, complex organizations, including health system executives, clinical leaders, and administrative decision-makers.
  • You can build a business case, model partnership economics, and translate data into compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
  • You communicate with clarity, confidence, and precision, in writing, in presentations, and in the room. You can represent K Health credibly with C-suite health system counterparts.
  • You thrive in matrixed environments and know how to align diverse internal stakeholders behind a shared goal without direct authority.
  • You are energized by fast-moving environments and the opportunity to build in a company that is actively shaping the future of primary care.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner performance: Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of active health system partners, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand each engagement.
  • Design growth plans and initiatives: Lead the pre-launch phase for new partnerships, define the growth strategy, patient activation approach, and success metrics in close collaboration with health system stakeholders.
  • Execute initiatives cross-functionally: Align clinical operations, product, finance, and legal to keep partnership launches on track and ensure ongoing commitments are delivered with excellence.
  • Track what matters: Define and monitor a core set of KPIs across the partnership portfolio, including patient funnel and volume, capacity allocation and schedule yield/ utilization, translating performance data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
  • Identify market opportunities: Stay close to the competitive landscape and health system market trends, surfacing insights that sharpen K Health’s partnership strategy and inform the product roadmap.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work schedule with weekly lunches and stocked fridges
  • Monthly social committees for company events
  • 18 vacation days, 9 company holidays, 5 sick days, and 2 personal days
  • Stock options for every full-time employee
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401k benefit
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance options
