As the Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing employee schedules for Stores to support the success and growth of our Retail business while minimizing labour wastage. Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in workforce planning

Responsibilities

Optimize labour spending and productivity
Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs
Build and publish optimized schedules
Support the Business with live week schedule changes
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
