As the Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing employee schedules for Stores to support the success and growth of our Retail business while minimizing labour wastage.   • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in workforce planning

Responsibilities

  • Optimize labour spending and productivity
  • Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs
  • Build and publish optimized schedules
  • Support the Business with live week schedule changes
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
