About The Position

PayPal is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the data, decisioning, and measurement workstream of its Lifecycle Marketing Platform (LCMP) transformation. The role sits on the Lifecycle Transformation team, which has a CMO-level mandate to modernize lifecycle marketing planning, development, and measurement. The position spans business requirements and architecture decisions through production adoption, working across the Transformation Office, Data Supply Chain, MarTech, Analytics, and external partners including Adobe and Publicis Sapient. The role defines how PayPal understands customers, determines what offers to present in real time, and measures what drives growth. It owns customer data, audience and signal strategy; offer decisioning and next-best-action; enterprise experimentation; marketing ROI and measurement; and tracking of capability gaps and program benefits. The role also ensures that data governance, consent, and identity resolution support lifecycle marketing, and that audiences and decisions activate in live journeys with measurement built into each launch. This is a high-visibility position. The Senior Manager will present scorecards, performance insights, and executive narratives to the CMO, Head of Lifecycle Transformation, and other senior leaders, translating technical choices into business outcomes and financial impact. Insights will inform annual planning, investment shifts, and budget prioritization. PayPal's balanced hybrid model provides three days in the office and two days at either the office or home for the majority of employees. Travel is listed as 0%.
