About The Position

Havenly Brands is looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own CRM and lifecycle strategy across its portfolio of seven home brands. This role offers an opportunity to enhance the strategic and business impact of the CRM program by developing journeys, cross-brand initiatives, and an AI-forward CRM stack for a rapidly growing, multi-brand portfolio. The position involves leading a team and driving significant growth through innovative lifecycle marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience owning lifecycle/CRM across multiple brands or business lines.
  • Technical fluency with ESPs such as Braze, HubSpot, and/or Klaviyo, and comfort managing people who build within these platforms.
  • Familiarity with Rockerbox or similar attribution/measurement tools, and a point of view on incrementality testing.
  • Expertise in triggered emails (welcome series, journey audits across brands).
  • Strong analytical instincts, comfortable working with Snowflake or similar data platforms, and able to translate data into a clear testing and journey roadmap.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a lifecycle program, not just optimizing an existing one.
  • Comfort with AI tools as a genuine workflow accelerator for team output and personal productivity.
  • DTC e-commerce background required.

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle and CRM strategy across all seven Havenly Brands properties, including email, SMS, and push notifications, encompassing journey architecture, tenure-based lifecycle states, and re-engagement/win-back programs.
  • Manage and develop a team, including an Ops/Platform manager, additional associates, and indirect direction of a nearshore execution team.
  • Develop cross-brand lifecycle programs to guide customers across the Havenly portfolio.
  • Expand SMS and push channels into full lifecycle capabilities.
  • Develop new journey strategies and build sequencing across brands in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
  • Oversee the campaign calendar across brands and channels, coordinating timing, sequencing, and deployment with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Ensure brand voice integrity across the portfolio by running shared lifecycle infrastructure and cross-brand programs without homogenizing distinct brand voices.
  • Establish a consistent and actionable measurement and reporting cadence for leadership.
  • Manage deliverability and list health across seven sending domains, focusing on sender reputation, consent hygiene, sunset policies, and operational discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with email and SMS regulations (CAN-SPAM, CCPA/GDPR, TCPA), including consent capture, preference management, and audit-readiness for growing SMS volume.
  • Manage vendor and platform relationships, including Braze and evaluation of adjacent tools.
