Fleetio is seeking a customer-obsessed lifecycle marketer to join their team. The ideal candidate will understand how to move users and accounts through the customer lifecycle, from interest to long-term value. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to build personalized, data-driven lifecycle programs that enhance engagement and accelerate revenue growth across various go-to-market strategies. The candidate should be comfortable in complex environments with diverse customer segments and understand the nuances of self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise buying cycles. Experience in email marketing and marketing automation, including building nurture programs, behavioral triggers, onboarding journeys, and customer communications, is essential. As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own and evolve the customer journey, partnering with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create scalable programs that improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes.
