About The Position

This role is responsible for setting the enterprise strategy and vision for talent and leadership development, ensuring alignment with business priorities, growth objectives, and long-term workforce needs. The Senior Manager will own and oversee the end-to-end leadership development ecosystem, including high-potential programs, professional development academies, and capability-building initiatives. They will lead and coach a team of Sr. Program Managers, holding them accountable for timely delivery of projects. The role also involves serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR leadership, providing insights on leadership readiness, bench strength, and talent risks, and influencing decisions with data-driven recommendations. Additionally, the Senior Manager will lead the design, governance, and deployment of 360 assessments and development frameworks, establish enterprise standards for individual development planning (IDPs), and ensure learning solutions are scalable, modern, and impactful across various modalities. Monitoring success metrics, ROI, and effectiveness of investments, and optimizing relationships with external vendors are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling teams, programs, or portfolios in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent development, learning, organizational development, or leadership development
  • Proven experience building, leading, and evolving a high-performing enterprise talent development function
  • Strong strategic capability to translate business priorities into integrated talent and leadership development strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Sr. Program Managers, holding team accountable to on time completion of deliverables
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR leadership, providing insights on leadership readiness, bench strength, and talent risks, and influencing decisions with data-driven recommendations
  • Lead the design, governance, and deployment of 360 assessments and development frameworks to drive self-awareness, effectiveness, and measurable behavior change
  • Establish and oversee enterprise standards for individual development planning (IDPs), ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment to succession and critical role needs
  • Ensure learning solutions are scalable, modern, and impactful, overseeing the design and delivery of high-quality learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and self-paced modalities
  • Define and monitor success metrics, ROI, and effectiveness for leadership and talent development investments; use insights and feedback to continuously evolve strategy and offerings
  • Lead and optimize relationships with external vendors, consultants, and offshore partners, ensuring value, quality, and alignment with enterprise objectives
