The Learning Professional II plays a crucial role in assessing the impact of employee learning and development programs and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to New Hire Orientation, Career Coaching, and Career Pathing. They assume intermediate responsibilities related to the research, curation, program design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs whose goal is to enhance individual and team performance, ensuring our employees are well-prepared to achieve our organization's goals.
