About The Position

Mydoh is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, campaign management, and content creation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related marketing experience
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of SEO/AEO best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations
  • Experience working with compliance, legal and risk management
  • Experience in fintechs or startups leading digital banking, payments, and/or financial product development
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Design and orchestrate the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional media channels to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure alignment across all initiatives, on-time and quality execution in partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content across different media that aligns with Mydoh’s brand voice, values, and marketing goals
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels
  • Partner with internal teams, including product marketing, partnerships, product, marketing ops, customer service, and creative etc, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing and other departments to align strategies and deliverables
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
