Senior Integrated Marketing Manager

SandboxxMiddleburg, VA

About The Position

Sandboxx is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across the business. This role is a senior individual contributor position reporting to the Director of Marketing. The manager will be responsible for connecting and coordinating work across paid media, lifecycle marketing, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, brand partnerships, web presence, and performance reporting. The goal is to execute campaigns that function as a cohesive program rather than disconnected channel efforts. Key responsibilities include owning GTM execution for product launches, managing integrated campaigns spanning multiple channels, developing brand partnerships and earned-media opportunities, overseeing the marketing site and blog, and providing weekly performance reports to leadership. The role also involves managing paid acquisition targets in collaboration with an agency, with a strong emphasis on channel integration to create a unified marketing program. This position is ideal for a proactive, self-sufficient marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage end-to-end campaign systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2C marketing, with the majority of career spent marketing consumer products.
  • Demonstrated GTM experience, having owned the launch of new products or features end-to-end.
  • Operating range across paid, lifecycle, content, web, and partnerships.
  • Comfort owning a WordPress (or similar) site, running on-page SEO, and shipping landing pages with light HTML/CSS or AI-assisted code.
  • Strong analytics and storytelling skills using GA4, Mixpanel, or Looker.
  • Comfort with copywriting and quick-turn design (Figma or Adobe).
  • Working knowledge of MMPs (Branch, AppsFlyer, or Adjust) and CDPs (mParticle or Segment).
  • Experience using AI as a part of the workflow.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience marketing to military, veteran, or government-connected audiences.
  • A portfolio of brand partnerships, cultural moments, or experiential activations.
  • Product marketing or integrated marketing experience at a multi-product company.
  • Iterable, Looker, and Branch (or AppsFlyer/Adjust) experience.
  • App Store and Play Store conversion optimization (ASO) experience.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations.
  • Startup or high-growth company background.

Responsibilities

  • Run GTM and launch execution end-to-end, including timelines, messaging, asset readiness, channel sequencing, and post-launch readouts.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on all user-facing releases.
  • Build a launch playbook to streamline the launch process.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, lifecycle, web, content, community, and partner channels as a coordinated program.
  • Align messaging across diverse audiences (recruits, active duty, supporters, families, military-interested public).
  • Manage the team's campaign calendar.
  • Secure 1-2 brand partnerships or earned-media activations per quarter to reach new audiences and create impactful moments.
  • Identify opportunities for brand co-marketing, cultural tentpoles, and experiential activations.
  • Oversee paid acquisition against CAC targets across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DSPs, and app-install networks, providing strategy for budget allocation, channel mix, creative direction, and testing.
  • Coordinate the creative pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of assets for paid media.
  • Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to set lifecycle priorities, shape segmentation, and align campaigns with integrated marketing efforts.
  • Own the marketing site and blog, including information architecture, conversion experiments, SEO, AI-search optimization, and content optimization.
  • Work with the Sandboxx News team weekly to align coverage with marketing priorities and run distribution experiments.
  • Collaborate with the Community team to align campaigns with community activities, amplify member stories, and route campaigns through community channels.
  • Own the weekly performance readout, analyzing what moved, why, and outlining next steps.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Mixpanel, or Looker, and translate data into actionable narratives for the company.
