Requirements

  • Experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational culture transformation.
  • Ability to analyze data for root cause identification and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
  • Skilled in performance management, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
