Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic and hands‑on advisor to leaders within our global Finance organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership teams across regions to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure organizational health. Reporting directly to the Director, HR, this role will play a critical part in shaping the Finance talent agenda, supporting organizational design and workforce planning, leading employee relations matters, and driving culture, engagement, and change initiatives in a complex, global environment. This position is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, is comfortable operating globally, and brings strong judgment, influence, and analytical capability.
