As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will lead a global team and serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders across our global revenue organization, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development in alignment with StackAdapt's company objectives. This is a high-impact leadership role within the People & Culture team, requiring deep expertise in employee relations, org design, and change management at scale. You will collaborate closely with leaders across Finance, Legal, and other G&A functions, as well as cross-functional partners in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver integrated people programs. This role reports to the Director, People Business Partners. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
