About The Position

As Senior Manager, Growth & Partnerships, you will be the commercial architect for a new product offering. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Strategy. Your mission is to take a nascent product concept and turn it into a scalable market reality. You will help to design the commercial models, identify "first-mover" partners, and lead the execution of pilots that validate our product-market fit. You aren’t just selling a finished product; you are co-creating the business case with our clients to prove that this new offering drives transformative value. This is a senior, execution-focused role requiring a blend of analytical rigor, commercial creativity, and the ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and granular deal structuring.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or commercial strategy, ideally within Financial Services, Fintech, Payments, or Management Consulting.
  • You understand unit economics and can build complex financial models to support new business cases from scratch.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a proven track record of taking products from "0 to 1" without heavy support infrastructure.
  • You can navigate complex internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Finance) and external banking executives with equal ease.
  • You track performance meticulously, using insights from early pilots to iterate on the product motion and enable scale across clients and markets.
  • You possess the ability to translate strategic direction into clear execution plans and high-quality materials that drive internal and external alignment.
  • You are a structured thinker and communicator who presents ideas in a simple, actionable manner
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment and operate with high ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of the commercial model, value proposition, and GTM approach for a new-to-market product offering.
  • Work directly with Financial Services clients to ideate, launch, and manage pilots that validate product–market fit through early market entries.
  • Support the build and management of merchant partnerships, developing the commercial business cases, incentives, and operating models that make them viable.
  • Partner with Sales to identify high-value prospects and build the economic modeling required to ensure partnerships are scalable and commercially viable.
  • Bridge the gap between leadership’s vision and the Product team’s roadmap by surfacing real-world market signals and performance insights.
  • Establish an internal "Centre of Excellence" for new product developments, ensuring the organization is aligned and can replicate successful launches across markets.

  • High growth environment & exponential career development
  • Mobile & flexible work environment
  • WFH office equipment allowance
  • 401K program with company match
  • Comprehensive Paternal Leave
