We are seeking a highly strategic and outcome-oriented Senior Growth Partnerships Manager to scale our affiliates and partnerships-driven retailer acquisition strategy. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our affiliate channel, which includes managing our agency and external vendor relationships, exploring and testing new growth opportunities across the broader partnerships ecosystem, and rigorously tracking performance to ensure it is a consistent, ROI-positive contributor of retailer acquisitions (RAs) at scale. With 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing or partnerships strategy, the ideal candidate is equally comfortable on the partner relationship side and the quantitative side of growth. We are looking for someone who brings a metrics-driven lens to everything they own, thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, and has a track record of scaling acquisition-driven programs from 0 to 1, and beyond. This is a high-impact role that requires a well-rounded leader, and the ideal candidate is a results-focused, structured thinker who can drive complex projects to completion with minimal direction.
