About The Position

Travel Leaders Network, a major seller of luxury travel, cruises, and tours, is a community of travel professionals dedicated to mutual success. Representing approximately 5,700 travel agency locations in the US and Canada, the Network leverages its parent company, Internova Travel Group, to serve millions of travelers annually. Travel agent members benefit from strong supplier partnerships, innovative technology, integrated marketing, exclusive programs, and robust support and training, enabling them to grow and inspire more people to travel. The Destination Partnership & Growth Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Internova and its preferred Global Destination Tourism Board Partners. This role is crucial for driving partner growth, new business development, and revenue generation through the creation, management, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Internova's various business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, tourism, business administration or equivalent (required)
  • 5+ years marketing experience (tourism industry or tourism board preferred)
  • Experience in account management and business development
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools, including document preparation, data analysis, and spreadsheet management, including Smartsheet

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-tier, growth-targeted destination partners, focusing on account development and revenue growth.
  • Lead planning for assigned accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across Internova business units.
  • Develop and execute integrated destination campaigns aligned with partner goals, ROI, and Internova BU priorities.
  • Manage tiered package accounts, including development, solicitation, growth, and execution of turnkey campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent delivery and scale partners into higher investment tiers.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships and increase engagement and long-term value.
  • Share insights and best practices to support portfolio-wide growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new destination partners.
  • Lead pitch development, proposals, and presentations.
  • Convert prospects into long-term preferred partners.
  • Develop multi-destination and thematic campaigns that drive incremental revenue.
  • Package opportunities across Internova business units.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch innovative campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans.
  • Evaluate and optimize campaigns.
  • Execute multiple marketing plans simultaneously.
  • Provide campaign performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaign assets.
  • Ensure alignment with partner goals and brand standards.
  • Manage partner agreements from end-to-end.
  • Drive partner renewals and growth.
  • Collaborate across Internova business units.
  • Coordinate campaigns across business units and partner verticals.
  • Support business unit events by soliciting Destination participations.
  • Obtain and manage partner budgets.
  • Produce performance recaps.
  • Provide optimization insights.
