  • Experience working across cross-functional matrix teams (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regional Marketing).
  • Strong analytical foundation: opportunity sizing, market modeling, pricing analytics, and KPI design.
  • Ability to translate clinical and scientific evidence into commercial narrative and HCP-facing messaging.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to KOL development, congress strategy, and peer-to-peer education programs.
  • Experience working across regions with cultural and regulatory fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end global launch strategy and execution for upcoming NPIs, including positioning, value proposition, segmentation, pricing architecture, and launch sequencing across priority markets.
  • Partner with R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to shape product claims, evidence generation plans, and the launch readiness scorecard through commercial release.
  • Build the global launch toolkit (messaging house, claims matrix, objection handling, sales playbooks, KOL engagement assets, digital and HCP education content) and lead market-by-market activation in partnership with regional marketing leads.
  • Define and track launch KPIs (account penetration, surgeon adoption, share of new procedures, conversion velocity); own the post-launch performance review cadence with the franchise leadership team.
  • Define and execute the global STRATAFIX strategy for robotic-assisted surgery across specialties.
  • Partner with the internal Robotics & Digital teams to drive integrated roadmap strategy.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and KOL engagement for robotic tissue closure; shape pipeline requirements for current and next-generation robotic SKUs.
  • Own STRATAFIX strategy across the Robotic specialty segments: procedure-level opportunity sizing, segment-specific value proposition, evidence priorities, and HCP engagement roadmap.
  • Build and maintain the KOL network in partnership with Medical Affairs; activate US, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM evidence into specialty-relevant claims and tools.
  • Partner with the Downstream Marketing leads to deliver selected global downstream programs spanning sales enablement, congress strategy, digital HCP engagement, and surgeon training.
