The company is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior FP&A Analyst – Treasury to support global enterprise collections and financing planning and performance management, and data-driven financial decision making. This role is critical for strengthening collections forecast predictability by consolidating collections insights, developing advanced analytics strategies, and translating corporate cash targets into actionable operational plans. The successful candidate will act as a key finance partner across Treasury, FP&A, and Credit & Collections teams, delivering forward-looking analysis to improve and optimize collections performance and enhance organizational cash visibility. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • Strong financial planning, treasury, or working capital analytics experience.
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Passion for process improvement, automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, integrating collections and financing assumptions to support liquidity planning.
  • Consolidate global collections and financing performance data and provide enterprise-level visibility into cash inflows, receivables trends, and payment behavior.
  • Analyze forecast variances and identify risks and opportunities impacting cash realization.
  • Translate corporate global cash collections targets into strategic and operational action plans, tracking execution and financial impact.
  • Design and implement data analytics strategies to enhance cash forecast accuracy and predictability, leveraging historical payment patterns, segmentation models, and performance drivers.
  • Partner with Customer Master Data and IT teams to improve data governance, automation, and analytics capabilities supporting treasury planning.
  • Perform scenario modeling and stress testing to evaluate collections impacts under changing business and market conditions.
  • Develop executive dashboards and deliver insights to Treasury leadership and senior finance stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash process to accelerate cash conversion and reduce variability in collections.
  • Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
