About The Position

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting financial performance, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic financial planning.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial results.
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including ROI analysis and pricing analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to support business performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Communicate financial results and insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and functional teams.
  • Develop and manage a team of financial analysts to support the business.
