About The Position

Walmart Connect is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager with expertise in forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and financial modeling. The role partners with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency through high-quality financial insights and data-driven recommendations.

The position is part of a data-driven, results-oriented Finance team that partners with Walmart Connect business leadership to influence decisions and drive outcomes, deliver shareholder value, and help customers save money and live better.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related area; or 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related area.
• 1 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and financial modeling processes to inform business strategy and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, performance dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor key metrics.
• Partner with leaders across Walmart Connect to align forecasts with business objectives and evaluate performance against targets.
• Provide scenario modeling and variance analysis to support investment decisions and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities by leveraging automation and best practices.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners to accelerate business improvements.
• Prepare financial analysis and modeling with cross-functional partners to support financial planning and provide accurate financial projections and variance analysis.
• Identify and fix process gaps and inefficiencies to increase agility, accuracy, and connectivity between functions.
• Identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives, provide management with feedback on risks associated with financial projects, and offer insight on historical trends, expected future events, and business trends.
