The role works closely with senior leaders, supports and periodically presents to the HR Leadership Team, and may take on broader company-wide compensation priorities over time. Executive compensation responsibilities include benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive design, analysis of market, regulatory, and governance trends, executive pay and equity modeling, and development of recommendations, approval materials, and offer documentation. The role also prepares decision-ready materials for the Compensation Committee and executive leaders and partners on disclosures, governance, equity matters, and public filings. For mergers and other transactions, the role leads compensation and benefits due diligence, assesses financial and talent risks, models costs, develops retention and compensation transition strategies, and coordinates the integration of pay programs, job levels, incentives, and equity. Over time, the role may take ownership of broader enterprise priorities such as job architecture and leveling, salary structures, incentive design, and compensation governance.
