The Customer Content Services team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead multiple teams of engineers and supporting roles to deliver digital and AI experiences for Red Hat customers, users, and partners. A successful candidate in this role will have an understanding of the important role leadership plays and have experience with direct management for a broad set of roles and mentoring multiple teams, contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the department. The successful candidate will need to balance management activities (e.g., assessing performance, fostering teamwork, growth) with a strategic mindset to help align the team with corporate objectives. This role is pivotal in translating strategic direction into tactical work, is responsible for setting operational objectives for the teams, and will delegate tasks to ensure the achievement of medium-term goals. Experience with digital and AI experiences and leading transformations, change management, solution-minded thinking, team building, and delivering results will be key to helping move the teams forward. Developing relationships across the business will also help the team with future needs.
