About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Consumer Products. This is a remote role, with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard time zone hours to accommodate global meetings. The Senior Manager, Digital Consumer Products leads the curation and ownership of self-service digital retail products across all business segments in North America. Acting at the intersection of product, project, and vendor management, this role combines strategic product ownership with execution through partners and cross-functional teams. This position partners closely with segment leaders to drive understanding, adoption, and scaling of digital offerings, positioning them as strategic differentiators. The role contributes to omnichannel development and helps shape a cohesive digital experience strategy that supports business segment growth, profitability, and enterprise-wide initiatives. The role is responsible for the North America B2C digital product portfolio, including identifying market opportunities and defining business requirements to support innovation and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in product management principles and project management, ideally within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases, perform analysis, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing digital content platforms and developing marketing and communication materials.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated success leading projects and multidisciplinary initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of functional experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the North America B2C digital product portfolio, including identifying market opportunities and defining business requirements to support innovation and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive the evolution, prioritization, and adoption of key digital products, contributing to revenue growth, guest experience, and business development success.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and manage digital portfolio content, tools, and assets that support go-to-market strategies and enable scalable adoption.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing and sales enablement materials to support proactive selling and internal alignment.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across segments, regions, and governance bodies to advance digital initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal communication forums (e.g., Monthly Spark Forum) to promote best practices, prioritize digital solutions, and drive consistency across North America.
