About The Position

Drive retail success across the U.S. and Canada by managing orders, shipments, and inventory through EDI and ERP systems. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support e-commerce operations, process purchase orders, analyze data for forecasting, resolve chargebacks, and deliver top-tier customer support to vendors and sales teams—keeping operations running smoothly from order to delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain and meet strict deadlines while working in a challenging environment.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Associates Degree
• 2 years working in customer service.
• 2 years working with Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel.
• Any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience utilizing ERP System.
• Experience utilizing EDI.
