About The Position

The Senior Manager, Design Building and Events Operations is a strategic people leader responsible for the integrated management of Design building operations, events planning and execution, building maintenance, clay handling, dock operations, and material service operations (MSO) within the Design organization. This role leads a team of people leaders and individual contributors to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient operations that enable world‑class design and event experiences. The Senior Manager is accountable for setting direction, developing operational plans, allocating resources, and driving continuous improvement across the Warren Design buildings and event operations. This role partners closely with Program and Studio Management, Fabrication, Infrastructure and Corporate Citizenship (ICC), Sculpting, Design Innovation and Technology Operations, Information Technology, Finance, Studio Leadership and external providers to ensure end‑to‑end support for Design building projects, program reviews, events, and day‑to‑day operations.
