About The Position

The Customer Growth Marketing team within GCS develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that deliver meaningful customer interactions across the lifecycle—driving satisfaction, engagement, and long-term value. The Senior Manager, Customer Growth Direct Marketing will lead the strategy, development, and execution of revenue-driving marketing initiatives across Charge and Lending Card products, with a focus on email and direct mail channels. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence senior leaders while partnering cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Risk, Analytics, Technology, and Finance.
