About The Position

Authentic8 Silo is a cloud-native, multi-tenant platform that provides secure, anonymous, region-specific, multi-application workspaces for digital analysts to conduct investigations. It enables the capture, analysis, and transformation of target content to derive intelligence and support investigation requirements. The platform also ensures compliance and appropriate use through policy enforcement and audit logging, serving over 750 sophisticated organizations globally. Authentic8 is seeking an AI-first Senior Growth Marketing Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder. This "player-coach" will be responsible for architecting and executing a full-funnel demand engine for a leading B2B cybersecurity SaaS company. The role involves marketing to a technical audience of security professionals, utilizing data and experimentation to drive acquisition, customer upsell, and advocacy. This is an opportunity for a performance-driven marketer to make a significant impact.

Requirements

  • A "player-coach" mindset. You are equally comfortable setting the high-level growth strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, analyze data in GA4, and build reports in Salesforce.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • A genuinely AI-first marketer. You are deeply performance-oriented and have hands-on experience using AI tools to fundamentally improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production (copy, graphics, etc.), testing, lead nurture, reporting, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences like CTI, SOC, and OSINT professionals. You understand how to craft compelling messages that resonate with their specific needs and pain points.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling successful full-funnel marketing programs that have demonstrably impacted not only lead generation but also customer retention and expansion (LTV).
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with the modern B2B marketing tech stack, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads Manager, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Marketo (or a similar marketing automation platform).
  • A relentless "test-and-learn" mindset and a high degree of comfort operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • A highly analytical and data-driven approach. You have a passion for marketing attribution and cohort analysis, and you use data to make and justify decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Build a smarter, faster demand engine, architecting and executing a full-funnel strategy to drive sustainable growth.
  • Own and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, from initial awareness and acquisition to customer activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Design and execute persona-based and use-case-based campaigns that speak directly to the unique needs of prospective customers.
  • Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns for our existing customer base to increase product adoption, drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and cultivate brand advocates.
  • Leverage AI to enhance every stage of the funnel, from improving segmentation and targeting, to accelerating campaign production and testing, to optimizing lead nurture and reporting.
  • Build and manage a sophisticated email marketing engine for both prospects and customers, including AI-powered nurture programs and campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Champion a culture of continuous, data-driven improvement by constantly analyzing campaign performance, user behavior, and cohort data to identify optimization opportunities across the entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and tight alignment on growth initiatives.
