During the onboarding period, this role will report to the Advisor to the President/COO, with responsibility for company-wide collections, credit policy compliance, cash application, invoice dispute resolution, and administration of our third-party payment and billing portal BillTrust. This leader must excel at managing up and across the organization, delivering clear insights through robust KPI reporting, and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and action. A roll up your sleeve subservient leader with a passion for team development, continuous improvement, and customer-centric solutions is critical to success in this role.
