The Senior Manager, Creative Services is the creative leader responsible for defining and scaling the visual and narrative expression of Xanterra Travel Collection and many of the national park brands in its portfolio. This role sets the strategic creative direction across campaigns, channels, and many of the business unit’s branding. The role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing. This is a builder role at the intersection of brand, design, and emerging creative technology. You will evolve how creative work is conceived, produced, and delivered—integrating modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows and generative platforms, to unlock new levels of quality, efficiency, and innovation. As both a strategic leader and hands-on creative, you will shape brand systems, elevate storytelling, and guide the organization toward a more modern, scalable creative practice. You will define how Xanterra brands show up in the world—ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and a premium standard of craft across every touchpoint. This role owns the translation layer between strategic direction and creative output, ensuring that every campaign reflects a coherent strategic intent and delivers against defined guest journey goals.
