Interact with global media, journalists and health and fitness influencers, athletes and high-level talent. Negotiate fitness contracts, compensation models and exclusive agreements. Identify global talent, health and fitness trends and developing external relationships with health and fitness influencers. Manage external partnerships and projects. Apply experience in global digital health, fitness and sport technology products and applications. Act upon novel opportunities and identify creative solutions to resolve complex issues. Manage global recruitment of fitness talent - oversee fitness talent and all relationships/connections to Apple. Interface with application developers, health, fitness and sport organizations, influencers and athletes. Support Fitness Content team. Lead Accessibility Initiatives - American Sign Language - for Fitness+. Create built-in accessibility for Deaf and Hard of Hearing access in all Fitness+ content. Act as Diversity and Inclusivity Lead for Fitness+. 25% domestic and international travel required. 40 hours/week.

Requirements

8 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
8 years of experience with Expertise in at least three of the multiple fitness modalities: cycling, strength training, kickboxing, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, or functional training.
8 years of experience with International contract negotiation experience executing on exclusive agreements, compensation planning, and policy.
8 years of experience with Managing visa and immigration processes across multiple geographies.
8 years of experience with Skilled at managing multinational team of trainers and talent including business conduct, compliance, policy creation and adherence, fitness continuing education, publishing, charity and external events.
8 years of experience with Identifying domestic and international talent across several pillars including technical ability, unique skill sets, cultural relevance, and on camera charisma.
8 years of experience with Coordinating cross functional aspects of the role including public relations, social media, legal, content, production, marketing and accessibility.
