About The Position

We're looking for a social-first Senior Creative to join our fast-growing team of social experts. You'll develop audience-first branded content for some of the world's best-loved brands - across our network of highly engaged communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat and YouTube. As the first Creative within our NYC-based Studio team, the Senior Creative will lead the end-to-end development and execution of our branded partnerships. You'll take projects from initial ideation through to final delivery, working closely with the wider Creative, Production and Delivery teams. We're looking for a multi-faceted, self-starting creative who's deeply immersed in Gen Z internet culture. Someone excited by the chance to create work that reaches millions of people around the world.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of working in a social publisher or social-first agency environment.
  • Experience of working autonomously as part of a remote team.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading audience-first branded content solutions end-to-end, from idea to execution.
  • Comfort working collaboratively and at speed to balance multiple projects at once.
  • Strong understanding of Gen-Z and wider internet culture and trends.
  • Strong understanding and interest in the world of digital and use of social channels e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook.
  • Strong communication skills to community proactively and effectively with stakeholders across the business with a solutions first minset.
  • Confidence in presenting to clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent deck building skills, using Google Slides and Keynote in particular.
  • Have the ability to landscape, pull relevant stats, build insights and set the creative platform leading to ideation.
  • Basic understanding of production costs to ensure ideas stay within budget.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Brand Partnerships and Strategy teams to interrogate client briefs, asks questions and proactive suggest solutions.
  • Developing entertaining and innovative ideas for commercial campaigns that our audiences will love and our clients will buy.
  • Turning ideas into compelling proposal decks with a clear narrative and strong supporting visuals.
  • Presenting creative ideas directly to clients and agencies.
  • Leading creative development of campaigns and relevant pre-production documents including, scripts, storyboards and video treatments where relevant.
  • Collaborating with the Production team to ensure your ideas are brought in a way that delivers for the audience, the client and the budget.
  • Having a mentoring approach and relationship with junior members of the team.
  • Attending shoots to ensure the creative vision is adhered to and to provide occasional on-set direction.
  • Briefing and providing feedback to video editors, animators and other post-production specialists to ensure the end product is optimized for Pubity Group channels.
  • Regularly checking in with Social teams to keep up-to-date with latest developments on the pages.
  • Working with the Strategy and Creative Solutions teams to identify proactive opportunities to pitch new ideas to commercial partners around key tentpole moments.
  • Supporting the Creative Director on the development of branded integrations within original formats.
