About The Position

GlossGenius is seeking a sharp, systems-minded Senior Creative Producer to manage the production and delivery of creative assets across their go-to-market marketing functions, including Brand, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle. This role is crucial for ensuring that campaigns, launches, email campaigns, and brand moments are executed on time, on brief, and on brand. The Senior Creative Producer will act as the operational backbone, coordinating efforts across multiple teams simultaneously. This position requires a blend of creative partnership and project ownership, with the ability to manage a complex launch calendar and provide constructive feedback on creative elements. The role reports to the Creative Operations Lead and collaborates closely with Brand, Product Marketing (PMM), and Lifecycle stakeholders. The position requires commuting to either the NYC or San Francisco office for a hybrid work environment, with a default of 3-4 days in-office per week, including mandatory attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of project management or creative operations experience, ideally spanning brand, product marketing, and lifecycle campaigns within a marketing organization.
  • Experience running creative production across multiple marketing functions simultaneously.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital campaign production, understanding how creative moves from brief to design to deployment across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with product launch and GTM processes, including experience supporting product marketing teams through launches and understanding creative touchpoints (landing pages, one-pagers, sales decks, paid social, email).
  • Proven experience managing external vendors and third-party partners, including onboarding freelancers and agencies, setting clear expectations, and holding partners accountable.
  • Strong command of project management tools at scale, with experience enforcing usage guidelines and driving adoption across 20+ users.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage up, across, and down, give clear direction, surface issues early, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative sensibility; ability to give actionable, specific feedback on creative work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in appointment-based or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with Figma for reviewing design files.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the GTM creative pipeline, including intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery of creative requests across Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for all in-flight work and upcoming launches.
  • Translate briefs into production-ready work by partnering with Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle teams to create clear plans for designers, copywriters, and production partners.
  • Drive review cycles from start to finish, structuring feedback rounds, consolidating notes to eliminate conflicting direction, and ensuring approvals move forward efficiently.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches by building and maintaining launch timelines that account for dependencies across creative, copy, web, email, and GTM teams.
  • Flag risks early and keep stakeholders aligned on launch progress.
  • Maintain creative ops infrastructure, including project management tooling (e.g., Asana), asset libraries, naming conventions, and handoff processes.
  • Influence systems that scale as campaign volume grows.
  • Manage external vendors and freelancers, including onboarding, briefing, setting delivery expectations, and ensuring quality and timeline standards are met.
  • Support resource planning by tracking team capacity, anticipating crunch periods, and flagging needs for additional resources.
  • Help the Creative Operations Lead track capacity across the team, anticipate crunch periods around key launches, and flag when additional resources are needed.
