Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 3 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 5 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.

Nice To Haves

Experience in compliance in construction and real estate management or related area.
Experience managing large-scale retail, industrial, or multi-site construction program delivery, including new build or remodel environments, specifically as a project manager or superintendent for general contractors or owners.
Experience using construction project management platforms (for example, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
Experience with procurement and contract management processes for construction services.
Experience with sustainability, energy efficiency, and green building standards (for example, LEED or equivalent).
Professional certification (OSHA10, OSHA30, PE, PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead construction project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, directing contractors, architects, and engineers.
Review and approve construction drawings and specifications to align with design standards before procurement and construction.
Manage construction compliance by enforcing adherence to Walmart and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve issues, negotiate change orders, and monitor performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Development, Facilities, Procurement, and Operations to align construction with business priorities.
Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and document best practices.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to construction teams.
