About The Position

The Manager, Construction-DS oversees the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Requirements

Proven experience managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and compliance with Walmart and industry standards.
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to maintain project alignment.
Expertise in tracking project milestones, identifying risks, and escalating issues to leadership.
Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication skills to present updates and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous improvement in project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related area and 1 year’s experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or related area.
3 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or related area.

Experience in compliance in construction and real estate management or related area.
Experience in large-scale retail, industrial, or multi-site construction program delivery.
Experience in procurement and contract management processes for construction services.
Experience with construction project management platforms (for example, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or equivalent).

Responsibilities
