The Senior Manager, Compensation will serve as a strategic architect of our total rewards framework, responsible for designing and operationalizing innovative, company-wide compensation strategies. Reporting to the VP People, you will partner with senior leadership to manage complex incentive programs, executive compensation, and a scalable job architecture that supports our national growth. This role isn't just about managing spreadsheets; it’s about ensuring the company’s pay philosophy attracts top talent. Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care. Founded in 2014, Aledade has become the largest network of independent primary care in the country - helping practices, health centers and clinics deliver better care to their patients and thrive in value-based care.
