This role can be based in Seattle, WA; Mesa, AZ; Chicago, IL; Huntsville, AL; North Charleston, SC or Ridley Park, PA. This position provides leadership in the development of compensation strategies and special projects supporting key business and talent objectives. The manager works with Total Rewards leadership, external consultants, senior leaders, and board members to design and oversee programs, ensuring market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, strategic alignment, and adherence to regulatory and legal guidance.
