The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join the Compensation Process organization. This position can be based in Seattle, WA; Mesa, AZ; Chicago, IL; Huntsville, AL; North Charleston, SC or Ridley Park, PA. This role provides leadership in the development of compensation strategies and special projects in support of key business and talent objectives. They work with Total Rewards leadership, external consultants, senior leaders, and board members in the design and oversight of programs to ensure market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, strategic alignment, and adherence to regulatory and legal guidance.
