About The Position

This role sits within the Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) client team and is responsible for analyzing and presenting findings to KDP commercial leaders in the Revenue Growth Management, Channel Strategy, and Strategic Partners teams. Use your energy and motivation to leverage POS, Consumer Panel, and other complimentary data sources to uncover compelling insights that inform business decisions that drive client impact. Success in this role requires strong analytical expertise, data storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both client stakeholders and cross‑functional internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), market research, category management, revenue growth management, client insights, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Experience working with syndicated market measurement and consumer data sources, including point-of-sale (POS), Consumer Panel, and other relevant datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering fact-based analyses that influence commercial decision-making and drive client outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to build executive-ready analyses, presentations, and business recommendations.
  • Strong data storytelling and presentation skills, with experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate client business challenges into analytical approaches and solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across client and internal stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of CPG industry dynamics, including category management, channel strategy, shopper behavior, pricing, promotion, assortment, and distribution concepts.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities, uncovering growth drivers, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
