In this individual contributor role, you will support a refrigerated food manufacturer. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Columbus, OH (up to three days per month). You will collaborate with client partners and internal Circana teams to maximize and apply insights from Circana data. This includes analyzing retailer purchase dynamics, household purchasing behavior, market trends, and other data sources to help answer key business questions. You will contribute to internal and external business reviews, custom analyses, and client presentations that support data-driven decision-making and business growth. Success in this role requires building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and providing actionable insights in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and translate data into recommendations that create value. As a key partner to your clients, you'll advocate for their business, proactively address challenges, and help uncover opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, category management, market research, consumer insights, sales analytics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exposure to syndicated data, point-of-sale (POS) data, consumer panel data, or related analytical tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

  • Analyze retailer, category, and shopper data to identify trends, opportunities, and business implications.
  • Translate data into clear and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of client presentations, business reviews, and custom analyses.
  • Use Circana tools and platforms, including UNIFY, to answer business questions and uncover insights.
  • Help identify opportunities to create value for clients through data-driven recommendations.
