Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing with significant experience leading client-facing or services-oriented marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to build delivery ratios, manage team workload, and maintain quality at scale.
  • Strong creative instincts grounded in performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in building AI-native marketing workflows and a track record of experimenting with new tooling.
  • Experience managing paid marketing programs, budgets, and spend allocation, including evaluating performance across channels and building scalable programs.
  • Strong operational skills: ability to build systems, conduct tight reviews, and ensure follow-through.
  • Comfortable representing marketing in sales conversations with prospective advisors, providing specific and credible information.

  • Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
  • Experience scaling a marketing services or client success function within a high-growth platform.
  • Experience in a compliance-regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Client Marketing team, including managers, associates, and a growth marketing function focused on paid media programs.
  • Oversee function-wide strategic planning, capacity planning, team performance systems, and training and development for managers and individual contributors.
  • Own campaign quality and playbook development for all campaign types, including branding and DBA launches, lead generation, webinars, in-person events, content, and advisor onboarding.
  • Build and scale the growth marketing infrastructure to help advisors grow their business through paid efforts, including program strategy, budget management, spend allocation, and systems for repeatable growth.
  • Own senior cross-functional relationships with Advisor Success, Growth, Product, and Compliance.
  • Represent marketing in sales conversations with prospective advisors, highlighting the marketing offering as a competitive advantage.
  • Evolve the service model by identifying opportunities for AI and automation to extend team capacity and enhance advisor growth without compromising quality.
