Responsible for ensuring line of business can translate "operating in a cLEAN® way" into actions & results. Champion for & model of cLEAN® mindset; ability to mentor & coach both cLEAN® partners & leaders in line of business in cLEAN® methodology. Relationships Reports to Director, People & Organization. Essential Functions Teach, coach & mentor direct reports to develop the cLEAN® maturity to include driving the day-to-day process management systems (PS@Shopfloor) Develop & coach leaders to manage processes & projects “in a cLEAN® way” in alignment with the Product Supply mission statement Direction, coaching & mentoring to Star project leaders (example: 3S, 2S) Coach/mentor managers & sponsors for proper 2 & 3-Star utilization Facilitate VSM processes to support projects, director & site level strategy Establish & maintain an effective site cLEAN® Academy Coach & mentor project managers & managers in the cLEAN® methodologies Serve as process improvement change agent & resource for the site Serve as the liaison with the corporate cLEAN® office as well as PS & IFP cLEAN® networks to share information, standards & best practices Facilitate major site investigations & perform other activities as required Manage department in accordance with the NNWay Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties Other accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.) Development of People Supervisory. Ensure that reporting personnel have individual development plans (IDP), with annual goals and measurements that are consistent with the priorities of the business, and that interim reviews are held so that their work is focused on those priorities, and they understand their level of accountability for results and the measurement process. Ensure that the IDP forms include completed learning and aspiration plans and are in place for all reporting personnel to enable the achievement of goals and capability to assume increased levels of responsibility. Manage the application and communication of all Novo Nordisk policies, procedures, and Novo Nordisk Way.
