About The Position

Provides strategic leadership for Program Delivery, Performance & Initiative support functions for the business, including project/program management, portfolio management, and/or business optimization. Oversees multiple operational and support activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and delivery excellence. Leads a broad scope of business activities that include business deposit products, debit cards, digital payments, treasury management operations, business fraud and BSA/AML, member onboarding, and associated depository technologies. The role also provides senior leadership oversight of Business Solutions analytics, ensuring disciplined performance management, reporting, and insight-driven decision-making. Drives operational performance, owns member experience, and growth outcomes across Business Solutions, ensuring initiatives are data-informed, aligned to enterprise priorities, and executed with strong governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant work experience
  • 6+ years of management experience
  • Extensive experience in leading enterprise-wide initiatives and delivery functions
  • Deep knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies
  • Experience with performance management, analytics, and KPI-driven decision making
  • Experience operating in complex, regulated environments with governance and compliance expectations

Responsibilities

  • Set functional strategy and oversee execution of business performance and initiatives across multiple delivery disciplines.
  • Lead policy development and implementation for program governance, delivery standards, and performance metrics.
  • Integrate change management practices into initiative planning and execution.
  • Drive business performance outcomes, including operational health, service delivery, and member experience across supported functions.
  • Translate strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives align to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Own performance of business deposit products, including balances, net new money, retention, fee income, and product mix.
  • Provide leadership oversight of treasury management operations, debit card, and digital payments.
  • Partner closely with Branch Leadership and Contact Center to support execution, service quality, and business member experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align initiatives with business and enterprise priorities.
  • Oversee performance analytics and KPI governance, ensuring dashboards, reporting, and insights inform decision-making and prioritization.
  • Make strategic decisions impacting budgets, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving operations, product, technology, and risk partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery readiness.
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk alignment, including partnership with Compliance and adherence to regulatory expectations (including BSA/AML considerations).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop future leaders and build bench strength through talent development and succession planning.
  • Represent the function in enterprise planning forums and cross-functional leadership groups.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability of delivery practices across the organization.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
