About The Position

The Senior Manager of Business Analytics provides strategic leadership and oversight for data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness. The role develops and implements data collection and analysis strategies; leads program measurement and evaluation; oversees reports and visualizations; and provides recommendations based on data insights. The Senior Manager fosters stakeholder collaboration, supports data governance and compliance, and promotes ongoing team learning and skill development. This position manages and optimizes analytics processes, uses data for strategic planning, and guides teams in delivering actionable insights that advance business outcomes. It also leads analysts, builds the Data Services, Reporting, and Analytics technology roadmap, supports a common analytics platform that integrates disparate data sources, and develops reporting strategies and standards for operational, tactical, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, financial acumen, or related experience.
3+ years of experience developing, deploying, or supporting analytics solutions in cloud-based data and analytics environments.
2+ years of direct or indirect experience in Data Governance and/or Data Quality program roles.
Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable, timely, and accurate data and reporting solutions.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
Expertise in data preparation, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics using Python, R, SAS, Dataiku, or similar analytical platforms.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and their business applications.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts in developing data-driven insights and accurate reports for executive management, stakeholders, and team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities aligned with organizational goals and critical deliverables.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators and support continuous improvement.
Determine how data can support strategic decisions, business growth, and continuous improvement.
Create and execute advanced analytics solutions aligned with organizational deliverables and improvement initiatives.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deliverables remain within scope and support business success.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in reports provided to executives, stakeholders, and other contributors.
Build and execute the Data Services, Reporting, and Analytics technology roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify information needs and develop sustainable solutions for data-driven decision-making.
Support a common analytics platform that integrates disparate data sources and reduces information silos.
Develop and implement reporting strategies, standards, and initiatives for operational, tactical, and strategic business objectives.
Participate in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality initiatives to support enterprise data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
