About The Position

Drive pipeline growth and market impact across Brazil by owning the execution of demand generation programs that directly influence revenue outcomes and sales success. This role operates at the center of Marketing and Sales, translating regional priorities into high-performing campaigns that accelerate pipeline creation and improve conversion efficiency. Partnering closely with Sales leadership and the Sr. Director, Field Marketing Americas, you will ensure Brazil’s go-to-market strategy is locally relevant while aligned with broader regional and global objectives. You will lead the day-to-day execution of demand programs, optimize lead management processes, and strengthen alignment with BDR and Sales teams to maximize pipeline contribution. Success in this role comes from balancing execution excellence with data-driven decision making, ensuring marketing efforts deliver measurable business impact. You will also play a key role in developing team capabilities and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or B2B marketing roles, including 2-3 years experience managing or mentoring team members and contributing to team development
  • Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline acceleration
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing performance data, optimize programs based on insights and achieve pipeline generation and accleration targets
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes, marketing attribution, and campaign performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with advanced Spanish proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Execute demand generation programs across Brazil that drive pipeline creation, improve conversion rates, and support revenue targets
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align on campaign priorities, pipeline goals, and lead follow-up processes to increase speed to revenue
  • Optimize lead management workflows, including routing, scoring, and follow-up, to improve efficiency and conversion outcomes
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging digital, content, and events to engage target accounts and personas
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to localize messaging and ensure relevance for the Brazilian market
  • Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and attribution metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
  • Support forecasting and reporting by providing visibility into campaign performance and pipeline impact
  • Coach and develop team members, providing guidance on execution, prioritization, and performance improvement
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Sales Operations, Partner teams, and regional marketing stakeholders to improve execution consistency
